Allcargo Terminals, the CFS division of Allcargo – India’s largest integrated logistics services provider, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and security of their customers’ cargo across all their facilities.
Certified for Excellence
Allcargo Terminals has achieved significant milestones by obtaining ISO certifications at all their facilities, reflecting an unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and environmental management.
The ISO certifications encompass the following critical areas:
ISO 9001: Quality management systems that guarantee superior service delivery and operational excellence. Improved efficiency, better risk management, continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction are some of the benefits of this certification. Notably, Allcargo Terminals has maintained ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for quality and processes, underscoring their dedication to consistently high standards.
ISO 14001: Environmental management systems that highlight a commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices, ensuring minimal environmental impact. This entails tracking environment parameters like energy, GHG emissions, other air emissions, waste, water and wastewater, biodiversity, noise and soil and provides a base to implement the principle of 5R- Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, Recycle.
ISO 45001: Occupational health and safety management systems that emphasize creating a safe working environment for all employees. All Allcargo facilities have held OHSAS certification for over a decade, ensuring risk reduction and the safety of staff, labour-force, and visitors.
These certifications demonstrate Allcargo’s adherence to internationally recognized standards and dedication to maintaining excellence across all operations.
Safety First
Allcargo Terminals implements comprehensive training programs and stringent safety protocols to maintain high safety standards. Continuous training on fire safety, adherence to the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code, and compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) standards are integral to their operations. These initiatives ensure that team members are well-prepared to handle any potential safety risks, fostering a culture of safety excellence within the organization.
Taking compliance to a whole new level
In addition to ISO certifications, the Allcargo Terminals team is bolstering their safety with additional accreditations and compliance:
Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CT-PAT): Compliance with CTPAT and GSV certification enhances security measures.
Authorized Economic Operator (AEO): The prestigious AEO certification, granted by the Ministry of Commerce after a rigorous process, is already held by Allcargo Terminal’s ICD in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. Other locations had this certification and are in the process of re-certification.
EcoVadis: Allcargo Terminals is pursuing EcoVadis certification, a globally recognized assessment platform that rates businesses’ sustainability across four key categories: environmental impact, labour and human rights standards, ethics, and procurement practices. This certification is increasingly demanded by many companies.
Credibility and Reliability
These various certifications are a testament to their commitment to excellence, and significantly enhances their credibility and reliability as a logistics partner. Allcargo Terminals’ unwavering dedication to quality, safety, and sustainability sets them apart in the logistics industry, ensuring the highest level of service for their customers.
