Skill Building
In February 2023, Allcargo Logistics Limited partnered with Veer Wajekar Arts, Science, and Commerce College in Uran to launch the Digital Literacy Program. This initiative bridges the gap in today’s digital world. The program empowers children with essential computer skills and prepares them to navigate a technology-driven future confidently.
Now, the program has over 950 students across 10 schools. Daily one-hour training sessions covering computer basics, MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and digital tools have laid a solid foundation for digital fluency and future readiness.
What truly sets this initiative apart is its sustainability-first approach. Staying true to its commitment to sustainability, the company collaborates with IT organizations to breathe new life into five-year-old decommissioned/refurbished laptops and donate them to the program.
Practical Training
By blending hands-on training with a progressive curriculum, the Digital Literacy Program fosters engagement, builds confidence, and equips students with skills that will serve them in higher education and career pursuits.
Allcargo Logistics’ Digital Literacy Program is ready to unlock a world of possibilities for the next generation.

They say, ‘A helping hand can change a life’.
Transindia Real Estate Limited, a part of Allcargo Group, has extended a helping hand by joining forces with the Damien Foundation India Trust (DFIT) to support 20 transformative leprosy deformity correction surgeries.
Life-Changing Interventions
This initiative gave individuals living with the physical and social challenges of leprosy a chance to reclaim their lives.
The surgeries performed at the Referral Centre, Model Leprosy Control Unit in Rudrapura, Dehri-on-Sone, Bihar, addressed physical impairments and the emotional and societal barriers patients face.
Health camps, organized in collaboration with government bodies, were the starting point for identifying, counseling, and referring affected individuals for treatment. The team conducted thorough medical assessments and provided pre-surgery counseling to ensure patients were fully prepared. The surgeries were performed in two phases, in May and August 2024, with comprehensive care plans in place to facilitate recovery.
Comprehensive Care
Post-surgical support played an integral role in this initiative. The team provided physiotherapy sessions to aid rehabilitation and help patients regain mobility. They also offered nutritious meals to ensure proper nourishment and foster faster recovery. The team made every step of the process accessible without imposing any financial burden on the patients.
Breaking Barriers
This project achieved more than physical restoration. It dismantled the stigma surrounding leprosy, enabling patients to reintegrate into their families and communities with renewed confidence.
Together, let’s build a future where every individual can live free of discrimination, with dignity and hope lighting their path forward.
