The ISO certifications encompass the following critical areas:
ISO 9001: Quality management systems that guarantee superior service delivery and operational excellence. Improved efficiency, better risk management, continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction are some of the benefits of this certification. Notably, Allcargo Terminals has maintained ISO 9001:2015 accreditation for quality and processes, underscoring their dedication to consistently high standards.
ISO 14001: Environmental management systems that highlight a commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices, ensuring minimal environmental impact. EcoVadis: Allcargo Terminals is pursuing EcoVadis certification, a globally recognized assessment platform that rates businesses’ sustainability across four key categories: environmental impact, labour and human rights standards, ethics, and procurement practices. This certification is increasingly demanded by many companies.
