Allcargo Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra center in Uran, conducts virtual training program during lockdown for students

Allcargo’s PMMK center in Uran is conducting online skill training for its students to continue their learning and timely complete the course.

Even in an unprecedented situation like this, where students cannot visit our PMKK learning center, we have reached to our students through online training program which is conducted daily, following the same schedule as per the centre through the online training platforms.

Online training is taken for Consignment Booking Assistant and Consignment tracking executive course under the National Backward Classes Finance Development Corporation (NBCFDC) scheme launched for Backward class students. The training is conducted by the industry experienced trainers from our center. The course comprises sessions on Warehouse processes, Packaging, Supply Chain, documentation, inventory management, picking and packing of material. Also the sessions on soft skill training given on personal grooming, work ethics, self-development, resume writing skills. Soft skills development remained core among all.

A special attention was given on improving the personal effectiveness and interviewing skills.

First course of NBCFDC kicked off in August with 30 students followed by the next batch of 30 students started in September. Total 60 students are undertaking the online training sessions.  The sessions are made interested through various visual videos clips, interactive activities. The 2 hours of training session taken every day covers most of the theory part as per the central scheme syllabus.
