Allcargo supports 250 young Turks through NIPUN Skill Development Project and strengthen their livelihood by providing them employment.
Allcargo and FHSM (Foundation of His Sacred Majesty) have continued to drive the empowerment of youth through NIPUN skill development programme. This program aims to strengthen the livelihood of youth through improving access to employment opportunities provided by the fast growing service and industry sectors in Chennai and Tamil Nadu.
The objective is to address the issues of youth unemployment and help them avail the necessary skills for their employability. The target is to impart skill development training, followed by employment in reputed industry or institutions for unemployed youths of Chennai district.
Through this program 250 young girls and boys were skilled and placed in various services. They are now independent and confident to support themselves and their family members.
