Education and skill training are essential for everyone, and they both walk hand in hand in everyone’s career. They are the roots behind the economic growth and community development of any society. NIPUN is continuously making efforts to provide skill training programs to the youth in the community.
This program aims to acknowledge the ability of the youth and extend our support by guiding them with proper guidance, conductive infrastructures, better employment opportunities, and encouragement that help them achieve their ambitions.
The training has also improved career opportunities and the development of good leadership qualities among students. This life skill training program also identifies the skill gap in youth and provides skill training according to the identified gaps, and employment opportunities to the students. The benefits of this training program include performance enhancement of students with improved communication skills and Accounting & Finance (Tally).
In addition to that, they will be given soft skills training which includes basic English communication and computer literacy.
