Shining Success: Nurturing India’s sportspersons

Nurturing national pride and offering opportunities for talents to shine, Avashya Foundation supports Olympic Gold Quest (OGQ), a non-governmental organisation dedicated to empowering athletes to excel in competitive sports, through comprehensive assistance encompassing physical training, nutrition, mental conditioning, and more.

The remarkable results at recent the Asian Games speak volumes about the impact of this support, as 74 athletes supported by OGQ clinched an astounding 35 medals for India. Notably, the participation of OGQ-supported athletes surged twofold from the 2014 Asian Games, while the medal tally witnessed a remarkable threefold increase compared to 2018.

Moreover, we celebrate the remarkable achievements of Avani Prashanth, one of the three lady golfers we support, who earned her place among the “Unstoppable 21,” a prestigious Times of India initiative. Avani’s victory in the Queen Sirikit Cup earlier in the year, along with her representation at the recent Asian Games alongside another talented golfer we support, Pranavi Urs, fills us with immense pride.

Their success exemplifies the spirit of relentless determination and excellence we strive to nurture.
