Allcargo Skill Development Center (ASDC) has been making significant impact in skill development, operating efficiently in Uran and Belapur, and catering to quality skill training programs aligned with government schemes. ASDC is dedicated to empowering marginalized youth, focusing on logistics and allied sectors.
In the seven months from April to October, 2023, ASDC has conducted comprehensive skill development programs encompassing technical and soft skills. Aimed at financially empowering young adults, especially from economically weaker backgrounds, the program addresses the growing demand for skilled manpower.
The training program emphasizes practical approaches and includes industrial visits and lectures by experts, to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
The NIPUN Skill Development Training Program, a PPP model with Allcargo, JNPA, and CIDCO in Navi Mumbai, 350 individuals have been trained in logistics and allied sectors, resulting in successful employment for 168 trainees. Allcargo PMKK has once again achieved a 5-star rating from NSDC after a detailed inspection, showcasing its commitment to excellence.
