Our global subsidiary, ECU Worldwide, has forged a strategic alliance with ShipBob, a global supply chain and fulfillment platform, catering to small and medium-sized businesses and mid-market e-commerce merchants.
Leveraging its expansive global network, spanning over 180 countries with more than 2,400 direct trade lanes and door-to-door deliveries in over 50 markets, the world’s no.1 LCL consolidator, ECU Worldwide, is partnering with ShipBob to boost freight transportation capabilities.
Partnership for progress
As part of this partnership ECU Worldwide will offer comprehensive ocean and air freight services to ShipBob’s receiving hubs and fulfillment centers across the US, Europe, Canada, and Australia. With this synergistic approach, ECU Worldwide will significantly contribute to ShipBob’s FreightBob program, an end-to-end managed freight and inventory distribution solution.
This partnership is set to enhance ShipBob’s ability to manage the e-commerce inventory for their merchants in over 50 markets, by capitalising on our door-to-door services.
Further, this collaboration is expected to streamline the inbound flow of inventory from ShipBob’s suppliers and provide their clients with a comprehensive end-to-end distribution solution. Additionally, ECU Worldwide has facilitated the export of primary inventory segments from the US to ShipBob’s facilities in other countries, reinforcing the global reach and efficiency of their supply chain.
